What to Expect on the Day

We want every guest to feel confident, safe, and ready for adventure — and that starts with a proper check-in and safety briefing. While the process takes a minimum of 1 hour, each step is designed to ensure you have the best possible experience. Here’s what you can expect when you arrive:

Check-In (Minimum 10 minutes)

Includes height check, weight check, answering FAQs, and completion of guest waivers on arrival.

Briefing Video and Harness Fitting (Minimum 20 minutes)

Time for guests to store belongings, remove jewelry, tie up hair, and get fitted with a harness, helmet, Zaza, and zippy. This is followed by a 15-minute safety video.

Instructor Demonstration and Practice (Minimum 30 minutes)

Includes a harness check, sit test, full demonstration of the practice course, and a complete assessment on the practice course.

Total Minimum Time: 1 Hour

Assessment Requirement
All the steps above must be completed to determine whether a participant passes or fails the assessment before starting the main activity. Passing the practice course assessment is mandatory.
Course Completion Time Averages
High Ropes: Between 1 hour and 3 hours, depending on the participant's fitness and confidence levels.
Zip Trek: Between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours, also depending on fitness and confidence.
