The Important Stuff when purchasing general admission tickets

Note your start time above. Please be onsite at least 15 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing.

Your All-Day Pass gives you access to the following activities:

Activity Opening Times

10:00 AM – 1.30PM → High Ropes

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM → Zip Trek

11:30 AM – 4 PM → Net Park

2:15 PM – 4 PM → Slides

2:30 PM – 4 PM → Bag Jumps (weather dependant)

What you need to know....

Under 15s will need a ticket-holding adult to participate with them on the Zip Trek and High Ropes.

Under 15s will need a supervising adult present for the Speed Slides. This adult will need to have either a valid Gripped ticket or a Spectator Pass.

If you are over 15 but under 18, you will need to have an adult over 18 present onsite. This adult will need to have either a valid Gripped ticket or a Spectator Pass.

The minimum weight for Gripped is 20kg, and the maximum weight is 120kg

Each activity has a briefing session beforehand. You must be present for this. In addition, it's highly recommended to watch our safety briefing video prior to your visit. This video will give you an overview of what to expect during these particular activities, helping you prepare and understand the experience better.

Parking is available on site, charged at £1 per hour, unless dropping off / picking up. You can pay when leaving at one of the machines located in the car park.

Tickets are non-refundable. You can change the date of your visit up to 1 day before the due date. There is an administration charge for this. You can do this by viewing your tickets via your online guest account. Click here to sign in.
