Our high ropes course is an impressive 650m long - with the highest platform standing at 7.5m! - making this the perfect day out for advanced thrill seekers with a good level of fitness. Swing, crawl, balance and zip among the beautiful heights of Hounslow Heath.

Age Limits & Accompanying Adults
ACCOMPANYING ADULTS: Participants aged 7-14 require a ticket-holding adult to participate on this activity with them. 1 adult can accompany up to 4 children aged 7-14.
The Dress Code
SHOES: Comfortable, moveable clothing, and closed-toe shoes - secure trainers with a good grip are highly recommended. No sliders, sandals or high heels, please!
CLOTHING: No skirts allowed: shorts or trousers only. T-shirts are acceptable.
GLOVES: Gloves are recommended for High Ropes. Please wear thin, protective ones, not thick winter gloves!
HAIR: Long hair must be tied up and secured.
OTHER BELONGINGS: No loose items are allowed on any activity – strap it all in. Phones and other valuables should not be taken up on the course with you. Avoid jewellery.
Abilities, Limitations & Safety
All options for our high ropes courses are advanced, and require a good level of fitness.
Gripped is not suitable for non-ambulant guests. All guests must be able to walk unaided in order to experience the park. Otherwise, disabled guests must have a minimum of 1 helper and a maximum of 3 helpers with them.
The average High Ropes session lasts under 2 hours; however, the duration of your turn on the course will depend on your speed and ability.
All guests must attend the safety briefing for their activity, and follow Team Members' instructions at all times for their own safety.

Who is it for?
To enjoy this activity, you must be a minimum height of 1.4m. Participants aged 7-14 must also be accompanied by an adult. Whether you’re a family looking for some action-packed fun over the school holidays, a group of friends looking for an energy-releasing outlet or a couple wanting to add some excitement to your date nights, our high ropes course based in London is the perfect choice.
Our high ropes course is also great for parties whether you’re young or old. Birthdays, hen and stag parties and other celebrations are welcome at Gripped to celebrate in the sky!
How to Book Online

Location
We are based very close to the Surrey border and easily accessible from London, Middlesex, and Berkshire. Hounslow Heath is a great open space and the perfect location for outdoor activities near London.
If you’re travelling by car, we have parking on site with the first 30 minutes free. After this, parking costs £1 per hour.
If you’re using public transport, the nearest tube station is Hounslow Central on the Piccadilly line and the nearest train stations are Feltham and Hounslow. If travelling by bus, the 117 and 235 all stop outside Gripped.
Safety Advice
To ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible, we recommend these safety tips for you and other guests:
Ensure you are wearing the appropriate clothing; we suggest clothing you don’t mind getting a bit grubby! Comfortable activewear that covers your legs is recommended along with closed-toe flat shoes with good grip.
Avoid jewellery.
Make sure to follow the advice of your instructor during your safety briefing as this will ensure you complete the high ropes course safely and easily.
