Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, or when you sign up as a Gripped member, we collect personal information. We use that information to tell you about special events, offers or exciting changes happening at Gripped. We never rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We may occasionally ask you to complete surveys but you do not have to reply to these.
We use a third-party providers, Mailchimp and Fusemetrix, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. Ticketing And Membership Data
When you purchase tickets, merchandise, membership, experiences or gift vouchers through the Gripped website or online, your name, date of birth, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our online ticketing systems, Fusemetrix. You may, of course, purchase tickets in person on the day of your visit without supplying your personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
We may also collect and process data that you provide by filling in any forms on our website either to request more information or to report a problem.
We do not store any Credit/debit card details .

Gripped uses Website Cookies to enhance your online experience and to improve our service to you. When someone visits www.begripped.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Wi-Fi
We offer free Wi-fi to our guests in certain areas of our parks. When you use Gripped Wi-fi we may collect data about:

b) the volume of data which you use;
c) the websites and applications which you access; and
d) your usage by access time, frequency and location.
Where We Store Your Personal Data
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or those of our ticketing systems, provided by Fusemetrix. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy notices and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these notices.
