Abilities, Limitations & Safety

Our Zip Trekking course includes a small number of obstacles, bridges and nets, included to make the course more thrilling. However, most of the course is made up of simple long and short zips.

It is not advisable for expectant mothers to participate.

Not suitable for guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, broken limbs and/or back/neck problems.

Guests with pre-existing medical conditions should seek medical advice before participating in this activity.

Gripped is not suitable for non-ambulant guests. All guests must be able to walk unaided in order to experience the park. Otherwise, disabled guests must have a minimum of 1 helper and a maximum of 3 helpers with them.

All guests must participate in the safety briefing for their activity, and follow Team Members' instructions at all times for their own safety.

What’s Involved in The Zip Line?

During the zip line trek, you experience incredible views and a rush to remember. This activity doesn’t require as much exertion and climbing as the high ropes course, but some ability is still required to clip onto the zip lines. A team member will guide you through how to attach yourself throughout the course and a team member will always be visible on the ground if you need any help.

Complete the course in your own time as one group is only able to complete an obstacle at one time. This allows for your group to provide encouragement along the way!
