Gripped Annual Passes

All Annual pass types can benefit from our upgrade offer and you can upgrade your day ticket by following the steps below. 
Register for an online account if you don't already have one. Please note that you will need to register with the same email address that you made the original booking for your day tickets.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Once logged in, you will be given an option to to upgrade your day tickets to the annual pass of your choice.
4. The cost of your day tickets will be deducted from the cost of the pass chosen.

This offer is only available to new annual pass holders paying in full. 
Tickets that were purchased online via Third Parties or Tesco Clubcard Vouchers are not eligible for the Day Ticket Upgrade offer.
You must redeem this offer within 7 days of your visit.

We are big supporters of the emergency services! Any holders of a valid Blue Light Card should log on to their Blue Light card account for the latest offers.

Each person visiting Gripped will need their own Annual Pass, annual passes are non tranferable.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your Annual pass online. 
Here are a few steps you can try:
Check Your Login Credentials : Ensure that you are using the correct email address and password associated with your membership account.
Reset Your Password : If you've forgotten your password, look for a "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to reset it.
Clear Browser Cache : Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache or trying a different browser can help resolve access issues.
Contact Customer Support : If you're still unable to access your account, please email hounslowinfo@begripped.com or call us on 02038850427 with the full names and dates of birth (children) that should be on your Annual pass and they will be able to assist you further.

We do not offer a direct debit membership option at Gripped.

Disabled visitors pay the full entry rates and are required to purchase an adult or child annual pass. Those applicable are eligible to bring a free carer over the age of 18 years. Evidence of DLA/PIP payments or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months must be provided at the entrance to our team to qualify for the free carer entry. A Carer's pass can then be given if applicable, so that proof does not have to be shown on each visit.

If you would like to visit more than one of our attractions we have an Escapade Pass that will enable access to all six Escapade Attractions. Please visit our website for further information on this. 

Every one coming to Gripped will need their own individual Annual pass. All pass holders are required to upload their photo before you will be able to book tickets

As an Annual pass holder you can cancel or reschedule your ticket by logging in to your account. Thank you for doing this as it releases your slot for another pass holder to use.

Paid in full annual passes are valid for a period of 12 full calendar months from the date of purchase. 
You can check the expiry date by logging into your online account and clicking on My membership and than membership details.

We don't have a specific annual passes for Childminders. You would have to purchase an annual pass for each individual child under your care.

You cannot use a Heath specific membership at Gripped. However we now offer a new multi-attraction membership. Find out more about the new Escapade membership here.
