FAQ Internal - Admissions and Tickets Gripped

We do our best to accommodate all guests, but on extremely busy days (e.g. bank holidays), entry may be delayed for safety. Please do pre-book your tickets.

Tickets are non-refundable, but the date of your visit can be changed prior to the date of your visit. If you cannot make your original choice, Create an account, uisng the email address you purchased the orignial ticket with, log into your account on our website to make any changes. Please note that any booking changes will incur an administration fee of £10. If you are an annual pass holder please login into your account online to cancel your booking.
