What information is on the Booking Confirmation email for Annual Pass holders? (Need to Know)
It's confirmed - you are now officially a Gripped Annual Passholder!
You're now a member of Gripped Aerial Adventures. That means you can visit us any time you like, for as long as you like (as long as we're open!) At Gripped, the adrenaline never stops - and you've got a golden ticket to as much zipping, sliding and jumping as you can handle. We hope we'll be seeing a lot of you...!
Before you embark on your very first aerial adventure, you MUST set up an account to allow you to make bookings. If you have not already set up an account, please do so here.

UNABLE TO MAKE IT TO YOUR BOOKING?
If you're unable to attend a booking you've made, please cancel it through your online account so your slot can be released to another passholder to enjoy. You can do this by logging into your account, viewing your upcoming bookings, and clicking the 'cancel booking' button.
