What you need to know...
No waiver = no fun! All parties in this booking need to complete a waiver before you arrive. You can sign it here.
You will need your order reference number above for this please.

Under 15s will need a ticket-holding adult to participate with them on the Zip Trek and High Ropes.
Under 15s will need a supervising adult present for the Speed Slides. This adult will need to have either a valid Gripped ticket or a Spectator Pass.
If you are over 15 but under 18, you will need to have an adult over 18 present onsite. This adult will need to have either a valid Gripped ticket or a Spectator Pass.
The minimum weight for Gripped is 20kg, and the maximum weight is 120kg
Please make sure you are dressed appropriately for your adrenaline activities - you can read our dress code here!
Each activity has a briefing session beforehand. You must be present for this. In addition, it's highly recommended to watch our safety briefing video, specifically for the High Ropes and Zip Trek activities, prior to your visit. This video will give you an overview of what to expect during these particular activities, helping you prepare and understand the experience better.
Parking is available on site, charged at £1 per hour, unless dropping off / picking up. You can pay when leaving at one of the machines located in the car park.
Tickets are non-refundable. You can change the date of your visit up to 1 day before the due date. There is an administration charge for this. You can do this by viewing your tickets via your online guest account. Click here to sign in.
Your Safety Comes First
At Gripped, your safety is our top priority. While our adventures run in a wide range of weather conditions, there may be rare occasions when extreme/specific weather makes it unsafe to proceed. In such cases, we may need to delay, adjust, or postpone your session to ensure everyone's safety and to comply with Health & Safety legislation.

If your experience is affected, we’ll contact you using the details provided at the time of booking

Your party will start at 2pm. The Gripped Explorers party includes:

- Speed Slides
- Net Park
- Human Foosball

Food will be served from 3:30pm. Your party menu includes hot dogs, nachos, and a soft drink.
