• School visits must be booked in advance, Year 6 is a minimum of 40 children & Year 7 + is a minimum of 30 children.

Booking is subject to a mandatory pre visit telephone call or walk around the Website. 

• School visits are scheduled between 10am – 2pm

• Children under the age of 15 require a Responsible Person to accompany them on the High Ropes and Zip Trek. Ratio numbers are non-negotiable - if arriving on the day with incorrect adults to children, the booking will not be able to go ahead.

Children aged 11 - 12 years a ratio of 1:8 is required

Children aged 13 - 18 years a ratio of 1:10 is required.

Any SEN guests will require 1:1 supervision.

We therefore strongly recommend bringing ratio's of 1:8 on the day. Please inform us if you haven't already, of the number of Responsible Persons you are bringing. 

 The minimum height restriction for all activities is 1.4m

A Responsible Person is need to supervise children on the Bag Jumps, Net Park and Speed Slides, but can do this from the ground.

Please remember to dress appropriately for all of your chosen activities. The full-dress code is available here.

All participants must sign the Waiver before they arrive on the day.

• Risk Assessment visits are available for Teachers only on off peak days (Mon – Fri) term time only.

• All invoices need to be paid in full 14 days before your visit. Bookings will be cancelled 14 days before where payment has not been received. 

• Cash/Cheque payments are not permitted, all payments are to be made by BACS transfer or debit/credit card

• The cancellation of bookings can be honoured up to 4 weeks before the booking date with no charge.

• Please note the below charges if cancellations are required closer to the booked date:

Bookings cancelled within 28 days of their booking date - 50% of the invoice amount will be payable.

Bookings cancelled between 14 & 28 days of the booking - 75% of the invoice amount will be payable. 

Cheque payments are not permitted, all payments to be made by BACS transfer, quoting the 4 digit booking number (mandatory)
