How long does the Sky Net Adventure Party last?

You can create and manage your guest list online when you set up your party account. This allows you to easily send digital invitations and keep track of RSVPs. Should you be unable to add your guest list, please send an email with your party reference, with the children's name along with allergies to hounslowinfo@begripped.com

When sending your guest the digital invitations it will allow them to RSVP and declare any dietary requirement for the guest before the party day. Please complete the guest list no later than 5 days prior to the party so that our Gripped team can be aware of dietary needs should you wish to pre-order additional extras of Pizza.

Please bring along your own wax candles, please note that sparklers/fountain candles are not permitted at Gripped.

All visitors of Gripped must wear suitable, comfortable active wear. We suggest an outfit of closed-toe flat shoes with a good grip, full length trousers, and a t-shirt. No jewellery, please!
Gloves are recommended for the high ropes course and zip trek - not heavy winter gloves, but suitable light gloves with protective grip/padding.

All children attending the party are to be included in the number of guests. This includes the birthday child.

The Ultimate Adventurer party required an accompanying adult for every 4 children, and these will need to be included in the guest list.

All other party require supervision, and adult spectators are free of charge.

Once a party is booked it is non refundable but should you need to reschedule the party we would be more than happy to do that for you.If you don't have a date in mind then we can postpone this for you. Please visit our website to view our cancellation policy.

Luckily, our outdoor parties are designed so that they can operate as planned in any weather! Simply wear the best outfit to suit the skies on the day and prepare to have lots of fun. However, for health and safety reasons, alternatives are offered during stormy and snowy weather.

At Gripped, once your party finishes it's important for the you to ensure that all children are picked up by their adults. The party host should communicate with parents or guardians about the pick-up time and location.

Gripped offers digital invitations for your parties, which can be created once you set up your party account and complete your guest list.  This makes it easy to send out invites via text message and manage your guest list online.
You will also find an printable invite attached to your party confirmation.

Gripped parties vary between 1-3 hours dependent on type, and to extend the fun the 1 hour Teepee hire is always welcome, please see individual party types for more details.

Food is not included in the Gripped party packages; however Pizzas are available as an extra to satisfy all of your apetites!

Yes, you can eat your own picnic in the Teepee space; alternatively you can purchase pizzas from us to enjoy during your Teepee time.

Teepee booking are available as part of the booking journey; alternatively you can add teepee bookings up to 5 days before your party; book early to avoid disappointment.

The time and duration of you party is dependent on the party type chosen; you can then decide when would be best for your Teepee booking. The availability is on the hour every hour and duration 1 hour.

The Ultimate Adventurer Party is suitable for children over 1.4m (4ft 6in) in height, making it ideal for older kids who love big adventure.

The Sky Nets Adventurer Party is suitable for children aged 6+, with a minimum height of 1.3m for the Speed Slides.

The Mega Games Arena Party at Gripped London requires at least one adult to every 4 children to remain on-site for the duration of the party.
