Frequently Asked Questions

There’s so much to get excited about, including high ropes courses, zip line trekking, bag jumps, power fan descender, and speed slides.

We’d always recommend you bring appropriate clothing changes in the weather, which includes waterproofs, warmer layers, gloves and sunglasses. Whilst there is food on site, you may want to bring a packed lunch too to keep you fuelled for all the fun. Don’t forget your water bottle too.

Gripped is located on Staines Road, just northwest of Hounslow Common. The views from the high ropes are fantastic!

Gripped is a fantastic place at which to be active, get outside, forget the stresses of uni work, make some new friends, and most importantly, have fun!

Your shoes should be closed toed and sensible (no flip flops, for example), any long hair must be tied back in a low style (to accommodate helmets), and jewellery should not be worn. Please do read our dress code prior to your visit, so that you can dress appropriately.

There is limited cover over the park if it rains, so we’d advise checking the weather, and dressing appropriately if it looks set to turn for the worse. Do also be aware that some elements of our park may be closed in extreme conditions, such as high winds.

Yes, car parking is available. It is operated by an independent company, and charged at £1 per hour, with 30 minutes free for dropping off. We have space for 600 vehicles, with coach parking and 35 electric car charging points. 

We recommend that all visitors view our safety briefing video before they attend.
